Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@izar-official.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Tell us the reason for the return.
- If the item is damaged or faulty, include clear photos showing the problem.
- Once approved, we’ll email you the return address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please send us clear photos of the problem. Once approved, you will receive a full refund and may keep the item. For a change of mind, incorrect size, or any other reason, you must arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. We will provide the return address and instructions by email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, please email us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. We will confirm availability and send you the return address and instructions by email.
