Overview

Welcome to izar ("we", "us", "our"). We operate this website and sell clothing and related products to you, the customer (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, govern your use of our website and any purchases you make. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Using Our Site

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent/guardian's permission. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order, and you're responsible for keeping your account details secure.

2. Our Products

We try to represent our products as accurately as possible, but colours and details may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product descriptions, prices and availability may change at any time. We may limit order quantities at our discretion.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order at any stage (for example, if a product is out of stock or priced incorrectly), and we'll notify you if this happens.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is confirmed, and will contact you before proceeding if this affects your order.

5. Your Right to Cancel and Return Goods

As a UK consumer buying online, you have the following legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

• Right to cancel: You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.
• Right to return: Once you've told us you're cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.
• Refund: We will refund you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence you've sent them), using the payment method you used to pay.

Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible. You may be liable for any reduction in value if goods have been handled beyond what's necessary to check them.

6. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a repair, replacement or refund depending on how long you've had the item. This is separate from, and in addition to, our returns policy above.

7. Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provided. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including our name, logo, photography, text and design — belongs to izar or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g. sharing a product link).

9. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and any interaction with them is at your own risk.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our site to: break any law; infringe anyone's rights; transmit malware or spam; scrape or extract data using automated tools or bots; or interfere with the site's security or normal operation. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms.

11. Our Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and material changes will be communicated to you where required by law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We have not agreed to use any Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. If you have a complaint you're unable to resolve with us directly, you may still be able to submit it to an independent, Trading Standards–approved ADR scheme for consideration.
